1. Deposits

2. Health & Safety

We do not provide services to pregnant clients.

We do not provide extensions or braids.

Clients with allergies or health conditions must contact us prior to booking to ensure the treatment is suitable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Cancellations within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the remaining balance of your booking will be charged.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in the remaining balance being charged.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling your appointment should be done at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
