Terms & Conditions

1. Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment.

2. Health & Safety

  • We do not provide services to pregnant clients.

  • We do not provide extensions or braids.

  • Clients with allergies or health conditions must contact us prior to booking to ensure the treatment is suitable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the remaining balance of your booking will be charged.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in the remaining balance being charged.

4. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling your appointment should be done at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the remaining balance will be charged.

5. Payment of Remaining Balance

  • Any remaining balance due to a late cancellation or no-show must be paid before booking any future appointments with us.
